Customer service and quality of service in general is very poor. For a hospital with so many facilities and experts, they can do better. Staff have a lackadaisical attitude towards their work and they treat you as if they are doing you a favour. This is the last facility I will recommend to anyone. Management of the institution must introduce stringent monitoring policies to ensure duties are well discharged.

This is the best private hospital to go to. The selfless care, the professionalism, the proactiveness is on top. They have the equipments too. We had some dialysis sessions for a family member and the whole ambience and care made the whole experience seem as if it was nothing. I really like the way Dr Dexter and his team handled the patients. I will choose this hospital over and over again. Please go there for your medical solutions.
